The Effect of Abuse.

Whenever the Term Abuse comes up, the first impression that Comes to  Mind is the Physical adumbration, The Physical form of abuse has become so loud that People tend to forgets that there are other forms of abuse, Like Verbal, Psychological, Sexual e.t.c 

From my own Understanding I even see Physical abuse as  a Secondary Form of abuse, reason being it takes a lot of Processing and Dwelling upon before One can Physically harm another.

So let's take a Look at One of the Primary form of Abuse that tends to be Silent but has done alot of harm. Lots of People engage in it and see it as nothing.

Verbal Abuse, lots of People fall under this Category.

Lots of  PARENTS have directly and Indirectly demeaned the Self worth of their Kids with words thinking it's all Fun and making them Man-up forgetting these Remarks leaves a lasting Impression on their Kids. You can't continue hitting on the Physical appearance of your Child calling him1her Ugly, Short, Skinny, Foolish e.t.c and still expect him or her to wear her head up high while in Public. You call your Child Dumb everyday and you still wants him1her to be academically Sound, 

How e dey do you?

There are lots of things to say on the Parents Child relationship but I will end it with this, what you tell your Child  at a Tender age goes along way in solidifying how your Child carries himself in Public. Good or bad.

 Lots of People don't know the Power of words and out of ignorance abuse it. Another thing, We should be Mindful of how we make remark on things, People are so insecured about. Laughing and all Should be done Mindfully I have been an Offender in this Category, My attention was called to it and I had to apologize respectfully. Be Reasonable to the  Plight and Insecurities of others, then you are on a good Path.

And to the Victims of Abuses  You can really move Pass all this Trauma and Nightmares. 

It takes at first the bold affirmation of I CAN DO IT ✌️

Abuse will only make you start Second guessing yourself directly or Indirectly You will see your Self trying so hard to Please People.
