Swallow is satisfying and Far reaching, It gives hunger a run for its money and the stomach a dignified shape, it comes in different varieties as to different People with different taste and choices..

Eba is embalmed with an All -mighty Formula for all soups, It can never go wrong with any Soup, It has the quality to adherently hold on to rudiments when imbedded in soups  as it carefully and gracefully lands in the mouth.

Pounded Yam is the Fruit of our Labour. The rigorous  aspect of pounding does it’s wonders when introduced into the mouth. The unwanted but yet self Indulging sound of swallowing as it travel from the mouth to the Stomach gives it’s devourer a sense of belonging and unfathomable gratification 

Amala is to Ewedu as Banana is to groundnut, Amala does it’s true diligence when introduced with Ewedu Soup. Surrounded with the rudiments from Ewedu soup Amala still stands strong. The Texture and Colouration of Amala leaves its admirers salivating 

Semo has slowly become my run to since the unavailability of Fufu became a Normalität It has a near savoury to Fufu when properly cooked while maintaining it’s texture and softness in Contact with hands and Mouth.
